Famous Ghanaian singer, Kwaw Kese, recently got mad at another rapper named Sarkodie because of something he said on his new song called "Brag."
In the song, Sarkodie talks about being successful in the music business before musicians like Wizkid and Davido became popular. He even mentions that newer artists like Odogwu, Blacksherif, and Asake didn't stop him from continuing his success.
What made Kwaw Kese angry were the lines where Sarkodie names American singers Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole as his top rivals instead of mentioning other Ghanaian rappers like Kwaw Kese, Amerado, Eno Barony, Strongman, and Medikal.
As a reaction, Kwaw Kese decided to show everyone what he achieved years ago: specifically, when he received five awards in a single night during an event called the Ghana Music Awards in 2008.
To look really sharp for the ceremony, he bought a fancy tuxedo and stylish shoes for $6000. Moreover, he told people he smoked almost half a pound of cannabis together with his friends while celebrating the big night.
