"Beauty with brains": Gyakie Shares Throwback Pics Of Her Award Day In School

Famous Ghanaian musician, Gyakie, has shown her fans an old picture from her childhood days at Mizpah International School. 

She put up the picture on Instagram where she was getting an honor during her time in Class 3.

She wrote that even if she doesn't fully remember that exact moment, she does know that she felt very pleased to get an award from her school. However, she mentioned that she didn't feel like grinning since she only wished to hang out with her pals.

Her mother, Mrs. Miriam Acheampong, who is wedded to popular Ghanaian artist Nana Acheampong, was there too, looking cheerful as she held Gyakie's hand to collect the prize.

Before, Legit.ng informed us that Gyakie showed kindness when she offered 4,000 Nigerian Naira (around 71 Ghana Cedi) to several homeless kids she met along her journey. 

In the viral clip, Gyakie can be observed conversing joyfully with the delighted children before giving them the money. Even though some people thought the donation wasn't large enough, many internet users commended her for her caring nature toward needy folks.
